The 'Hope Makers' was launched in Dubai, under the Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI). It is not allowed not allowed to exploit the name or media, documentary or video materials of the initiative without prior permission.

The 'Hope Makers' committee reserves the right to cancel, extend or amend the initiative’s terms and conditions without prior notice. The participant has no right to object. Changes will be published on the official website (www.ArabHopeMakers.com), and through social media channels.

All participations are subject to review and scrutiny in order to ensure their eligibility and compliance with the initiative's terms and conditions.

In terms of objectives and practices, the initiative must comply with the laws in force in the country in which the initiator resides

Applications must be submitted by the stipulated end date. Participants are required to agree to the terms and conditions.

Participants can publish photos and videos of their participation on their social media channels, while maintaining confidentiality, especially during the advanced stages of the competition.

Any participation proven to violate intellectual property rights or copyrights, will be excluded, and the participant will be subject to legal accountability. In case a winner has violated any of the property rights, copyright, or has committed any legal violation to win the reward, they will be subject to legal accountability and return the reward to the party behind the initiative.

Any false information, such as mentioning the name of a third party that has nothing to do with the participation, will subject the participant to accountability.

Participation must not violate any international or local rights, laws or provisions or encourage in any way the violation of those rights, laws and provisions.

In case the initiative is discontinued, organizers will publish a message on the initiative’s official website (www.ArabHopeMakers.com) and channels, stating this.

The 'Hope Makers' committee has the right to request more information or documents to support participation or verify credibility, if necessary.

At any stage of the initiative, the 'Hope Makers' committee reserves the right to exclude any participation that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the initiative.

The committee has the right to publish what it deems appropriate about the participants during any stage of the initiative, for promotional purpose.

The 'Hope Makers' initiative have the right to publish any information, documents, photos and videos related to the participants without returning obtaining their prior permission.
